Meet Shelby
Shelby focuses on helping businesses protect their unique branding through trademark registrations. In other words, she helps business owners have the right to use their notable business names, logos, and slogans on a nationwide basis.
She received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Spanish from the University of Wyoming in 2014 and proceeded to graduate from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2018.
Prior to focusing on trademarks, Shelby practiced family law and represented children as an attorney Guardian ad Litem in the State of Wyoming. Later, she decided to leave the litigation life and dedicate her efforts to helping businesses thrive by providing assistance with their trademark needs.
